The story behind Wolf Team is one shrouded in mystery and military government conspiracy. It involves mutations, lab testings and illegal drugs production. Wolf Team is a free 3D MMOFPS by Softnyx. Players can easily transform from humans (First Person Shooter) to werewolves (Third Person) and vice versa. Humans are excellent at long distance attacks because of the wide range of arms available. Wolves on the other hand, are not skilled at ranged attacks, but more than make up for it with their strength and speed for close physical combat.

The Game offers a host of exciting game modes: Deathmatch, Deathmatch Classic & Sub Modes, Destruction, Ice Hold and Conquest. The Deathmatch’s goal is simply to kill as many of the opposing team as possible. The Deathmatch Classic & Sub Modes is similar to the Deathmatch with an added twist. Submodes dictate what type of weapons are to be used. In knife mode, only knives are allowed, Pistol only allows pistols, grenades, and knives, and so on. Destruction Mode has two teams – the red and the blue teams. Red Team plants a Bomb at one of the two bomb sites, while the Blue Team defend the bomb sites and defuse bombs.

The Ice Hold Mode tasks the players to kill every member of the opposing team within the given time limit. For Conquest Mode, there are three types: Conquest Classic (Both teams can alternate between human and Basic Wolf), Wolf Conquest (Red Team is comprised of Humans while the Blue Team is made up of Wolf Transformations) and Ex-Conquest (Both teams can choose between Human and Wolf Transformations). The main objective of the Conquest Modes is to gain control of the majority of stationary bases during a round before time runs out. Wolf Team’s unique feature of human-to-werewolf transformation and vice versa makes it more conducive for game planning as both characters have different fighting style expertise.
